FAQs

Pay&Go is a self-service kiosk that is capable of accepting cash for e-Money top up, bills payment, eload, retailer load and RFID reloading. 

FOR BILLS PAYMENT: 
1. Select the transaction from the screen. 
2. Enter your mobile number. 
3. Enter the account number. 
4. Click Pay, insert the cash and wait for the transaction receipt. 
5. You will receive an SMS notification regarding your transaction. 

FOR TOP UP: 
1. Select transaction 
2. Enter your mobile number and amount to be loaded to your account. 
3. Insert the cash in the machine and wait for the transaction receipt. 
4. You will receive an SMS notification upon successful loading. 

FOR ELOAD: 
1. Select Eload and choose if own number or other number. 
2. Enter the mobile number and select the amount to be loaded. 
3. Click Pay Cash, insert the cash in the machine and wait for the transaction receipt. 
4. You will receive an SMS notification upon successful loading. 

For Canceled and Failed Transactions, full amount inserted will be credited to your Pay&Go Wallet. 

Service fees are applicable to bills payment and for some e-Money billers. The amount may vary depending on the biller partner. 

The machine accepts 50, 100, 500, and 1000 Philippine peso bills.

Yes, the machine accepts 50, 100, 500, and 1000 Philippine peso polymer bills. 

Immediately visit payandgo.help and create a ticket. 

Once the machine restarted, please check your Pay&Go wallet and use it a as method in your next transaction:

The machine does not dispense change in cash; any excess amount from the billing will be considered as over payment in your account (except Meralco). For Emoney and e-load transactions, excess amount will be credited to your Pay&Go Wallet.

  1. On the Confirm Payments page of your transaction, select Pay&Go Wallet instead of Cash then click Pay Now.  
  2. Enter your Pay&Go Wallet PIN. Select Get PIN to receive it via SMS. 
  3. Balance is displayed on screen. Once successful, click Continue. 
  4. Enter the amount you want to apply then click Apply. 
  5. Click Ok in the success message. 
  6. Click Pay Now to confirm your transaction. 
  7. Click Done to finish your transaction. 
Watch: How to Use Pay&Go Wallet
  1. On the machine. Tap on “More Services”. 
  2. Tap on “Pay & Go Wallet” and enter the mobile number used during the transaction. 
  3. Once the mobile number is provided, tap on “Get Pin” 
  4. You will be receiving SMS from Pay&Go containing your Pay & Go wallet PIN. 
  5. For your safety, please don’t share your PIN with anyone. 

If you noticed that details were wrong after the transaction was successfully made, please contact us at http://www.payandgo.help and our Customer Care Team will coordinate this to the selected biller.  

 Note: Reversals are subject to the approval of your selected biller. 

The machine will only provide transaction receipt; you may request the Official Receipt from the biller.

 Kindly provide the following details:  

  • Mobile number used for the transaction 
  • Biller 
  • Amount 
  • Date and time of the incident 
  • Terminal ID 
  • Scenario of the transaction short details of what happen during your transaction: 
  • or a photo of the receipt if you still have it 
  • Image of the terminal ID of the machine you’ve used, please see image attached as a sample of the terminal ID to find the ID simply double tap Pay&Go logo in the lower portion of the screen. 

   

Can I use both Pay&Go Wallet and Cash at the same time? 

  • Yes, use the available balance in your Pay&Go Wallet and the rest will be paid by inserting cash  

Can I transfer my Pay&Go Wallet balance to another Pay&Go Wallet account? 

  • This feature is not yet available
